Lydiate Parish Council is pleased to continue supporting the Meadows Memory Café at Lydiate Village Centre.
Following a very positive first session, the next café will take place
on:
Friday 5th June, 2pm–4pm, and will continue on the first Friday of each month.
Delivered in partnership with Meadows Homecare, Home from Home Sefton, and the Alzheimer’s Society, the café provides a warm, welcoming and supportive space for people living with memory difficulties, together with their families and carers.
Alongside activities, refreshments and conversation, it also offers an opportunity for carers and relatives to meet others in similar situations, share experiences, and access local support in an informal and friendly setting.
The Memory Café is free of charge, although booking is essential.
We look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces from across the community.
